Purpose: Road base reinforcement, improve roadbed stability
Geotextile type: 300g/m² non-woven geotextile
Construction area: about 50,000㎡
Construction Process:
Foundation treatment: clean the roadbed, remove the soft soil layer, and compact the base.
Geotextile laying: mechanical laying is adopted to ensure that the geotextile is flat and wrinkle-free.
Overlap and fixation: Each geotextile overlaps 30cm and is fixed with steel nails and sandbags to prevent strong winds.
Covering filler: lay a gravel layer and then lay asphalt to improve the overall bearing capacity.
Construction Effect:
The road's anti-subsidence ability is enhanced, effectively reducing roadbed cracking and collapse.
Extend the service life of the highway and improve traffic stability.
