Construction Steps:
Base preparation: Clean the bottom of the pond, tamp the foundation, remove stones and tree roots, and ensure that there are no sharp objects on the ground.
Geomembrane laying: Use mechanical laying method, unfold according to the shape of the pond, and reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction.
Welding and testing: Use double-track hot wedge welding machine for welding, and perform air pressure test to ensure the quality of the weld.
Anchoring and protection: The edge is buried in the anchoring ditch, and the bottom of the pond is covered with a layer of fine sand to protect the membrane surface.
Effect:
The pond has successfully achieved zero leakage, improved the storage capacity of irrigation water, and reduced water resource loss.
