Geomembrane
Description
Geomembrane
Product introduction
Geomembrane is a geotechnical impermeable material made of plastic film as an impermeable base material and compounded with non-woven fabric.
Geomembrane’s seepage control performance mainly depends on the seepage control performance of plastic film. The plastic films used for seepage control at home and abroad are mainly
Mainly polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), EVA (ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer), tunnel applications
There are also designed to use ECB (ethylene vinyl acetate modified bitumen blended geomembrane), which is a polymer chemical
flexible material, small specific gravity, strong extensibility, high adaptability to deformation, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, frost resistance
good.
Product characteristics
- Complete specifications of width and thickness;
- Excellent environmental stress cracking resistance and excellent chemical resistance;
- Excellent chemical resistance;
- Large temperature range and long service life;
Geomembrane application

Chemical plants, oil refineries, oil storage tank impermeable, chemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank lining, secondary lining layer, etc;
6, polyethylene geomembrane for mining industry: washing pond, heap leaching pond, ash heap, dissolution pond, sedimentation pond, landfill, bottom lining of tailings, etc.
The bottom lining of tailings is impermeable, etc;
7, low density polyethylene film for transportation facilities: highway foundation reinforcement, culvert impermeability;
8、LDPE impermeable film is suitable for agriculture: reservoirs, drinking water pools, water storage ponds, irrigation system impermeability;
9、HDPE film for aquaculture: intensive, factory farming pond, fish pond, shrimp pond lining, sea cucumber ring slope protection, etc.
slope, etc;
10、HDPE impermeable film for salt industry: salt farm crystallization pool, brine pool thatch, salt film, salt pool plastic thatch Film.
The construction technology
In the process of transportation, do not drag, hard pull, to avoid sharp objects.
- Should be extended from the bottom to the high, do not pull too tight,should leave 1.50% of the residual, in order to prepare for local subsidence and stretching.
Considering the actual situation of this project, the slope is laid in order from top to bottom;
- Two adjacent longitudinal joints should not be in a horizontal line,should be staggered more than 1m each other;
- Longitudinal joints should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and bending foot, and should be located on the plane;
- The first slope at the bottom of the field;
- When the slope is laid,the direction of spreading film should be basically parallel to the maximum slope line.
